Me and my ex were together 6 years and then we broke up for 6 months den he started coming back round to see me telling me he loved me a few weeks after that I said are we going to get back together now he is saying no

How can I get him back

Don't even bother, he is playing you for a fool. He is more interested in seeing if you still want him while having no immediate interest in getting back together with you.

He is causing you unnessary confusion and possibly hurt, tell him to bugger off and find yourself a man that will care for you the way you deserve ;)
