    The answer depends on what you are trying to share.

    If by Resources you mean the internet, you'll need to get a home router to connect to those ethernet jacks. I use a Linksys to connect all my PCs to my one internet connection.

    If you only need to share a printer or some files from one PC to another, you could accomplish this with a cross-over ethernet cable. You will need to take some steps to share the resources, but it would be a cheap solution and shouldn't be too difficult.
