Sure it is! Your body is going through some massive chemical and physical changes, you're beginning to grow up and look at the world around you differently and begin to question things more than you ever have as your understanding and thirst for knowledge begin to thrive!

Being a teenager is hard isn't it? Lol!

Don't fret, suck it up and enjoy life to the full... you only live once!

Yes what you feel is common, and its part of growing up. Your are becoming aware that you are changing into an adult and have more things on your mind. NORMAL!!

Hehehe I remember asking the same question when I was your age! Well it's completely normal don't wry!:) feeling get mixed up now but sooner or later u'll start to understand your moods and everything that is changing in u! Just take some time alone and if it helps write your thoughts somewhere and u'll start to see things more clearly this way!:) trust me on this!:)
    Good luck :D

Its just all new feelings. It has a lot to do with new hormones and new chemical reactions going on inside of your brain. Its going to make you feel and act different then you normally do and sometimes you won't even know why you feel the way you do.

I tried to find some info for you. A lot of it has to do with teaching parents how to cope with your mood swings not a lot on how you can cope with it:

    Dealing with Teen Stress
    All About Menstruation
    The Edge - issues
