    Printer connection
    I am getting this error message when trying to hook up my printer to my computer. (Compaq - Windows Vista Home Basic) res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

    The printer did work before

    Is your printer connecter via a network cable?

    The error seems to be pointing to an frame size problem on Internet Explorer

    I had this problem before. Try reinstalling your printer driver, but be sure to delete any similar driver in our computer first.
