    I'm unfit
    I smoke, I don't eat right, and I don't exercise. I'm not really fat, just a little chubby I guess. I started exercising the other day and plan to keep doing it. Other than that, how are some easy ways to get fit without changing my smoking and eating habits or spending money or too much work. I lack motivation.

    If you want to loose weight then there are other alternatives but when you want to get fit you have to do it physically. By physically, I mean that you should sweat.

    If you know you're harming yourself by eating wrong and smoking you're going to be fighting an up-hill battle to get fit as exercise will become harder for you as the negative effects take their toll on your system.

    You're asking for great things without actually wanting to do anything... which is pretty hard to get in most areas of life!

    If you've already started exercising, keep it up! Try and balance out your diet and cut down on the smoking and the good health will follow!

    Self-destructive behavior is usually rooted in a lack of self-respect. Unless you improve that, your attempts at health and fitness will probably remain half-hearted and ineffective. If you do learn to respect yourself and appreciate your body, finding the motivation to stop abusing it (smoking is the worst) and start caring for it will be easy.
