Spyware removal - Free Antivirus Forum
This link might help, it's got links to a few tools on it.

Usually files with really random names like that come from viruses. A good way to keep on top of it is an updated antivirus program. I'd recomment AVG Free, because it's free, and it works really well.

Ya know... I'm not sure what it actually stands for. It's an antivirus program made by Grisoft. Originally it was made for corporate use, but then they took out things like the ability to install it on a server, and made it free for personal use. The virus definitions and scanning engine are still the same as for the corporate version though, and that's why I like it so much. That, and it doesn't take as much RAM or CPU power as ANY of the other leading antivirus software (Norton, McAffee... )

You may also, if you like to keep up with what files are being changed on your computer, like Spybot Search and Destroy 1.5.

    Follow the above advice:
    1. Install a good antivirus (like AVG)
    2. Update it
    3. Install spybot search and destroy
