    My usb ports are broken!
    All of a sudden my usb ports just stopped working. I really want to get my pictures and upload my iPod. How do I fix this?

    Rick click My Computer, go to Manage, and click on Device Manager. Do you see anything with a red X or yellow exclamation point?
