    Nebraska, Arizona divorce; no money
    I have a friend who lives in Nebraska, and her spouse lives in Arizona. If he could be served with paperwork, I do not believe he would contest it. How can she get the ball rolling with little or no money.

    There should be a legal aid in their county or area. Check them out to see if you can get help.
