Well, I have never been able to find anyone who remembers these movies but since I see that two others on this website have had their questions answered I thought I would give it a try. There are actually two movies I am trying to find that I used to watch as a kid in the 80s. We had basic cable including nickelodeon and disney so I assume they were in some kind of regular rotationon one of those channels.

The first movie was some kind of fantasy movie about two kids, I believe it was a boy and a girl (I seem to remember the girl wore a pink sweater) and they were traveling through some kind of wintry wonderland not unlike The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe but I don't think that was it. The most distictive part of the movie was one of the characters they would run into was a snowman with a crescent moon shaped head, where the pointsof the moon faced up (it probably was supposed to look like horns). That's really all I can remember but I would love to watch it again if anyone can tell me the name.

The second movie may actually be the same as the first and I just have two separate memories of it. But what I remember about it was the there was a large mirror in some kind of castle I think, and the main characters would see things going on in the reflection of the room they were in, as if it were going on behind them but it was onlyin the mirror. I really wish I could be more descriptive to help jog someone's memory. I would be eternally grateful if someone could help me remember these movie titles. Thanks

Could be alice in wonderland for the second one which was made in the early 80's. It has ringo star and such.
