    I want slimmer arms and legs! PLEEEEASE Heelp
    Ok so ii wanto get real thin arms and legs but I'm worried if I do lunge's and crunches and stuff it will make me get muscle and make my arms&legs fatter? So can I do any exercises (at home) to thinnin my arms and legs but not gain muscle thou? Pleassseee help!

    Any strength building exercises need to be combined with cardio. Women do not naturally get bulky from weight training what makes women look bulky with weight training is not diminishing the fat that lies on top of the muscle.

    Doing lunges, squats and the like will give you strong leg muscles and shapely legs but you will have to burn off the fat on top (that is if your legs are big right now).

    Also you should want to build muscle! Muscles are what tur your body into a calorie burning machine. Also 10 pounds of muscle takes up a little bitty space meanwhile 10 pounds of fat is much larger and takes up much more space.
