    Does harverd have good art programs?
    Harvard University, Cambridge, MA
    Focus: History of Modern Art, 20th Century, 3-D animation and motion capture

    Just wondering if the above focus is possible, and if you can get a PHD in it.

    Yes,the Arts in Education (AIE) Program at Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) is intended for self-directed individuals who are interested in fashioning their own arts-related courses of study.
