    AC Compressor in crawl space
I plan on moving my 5 ton AC comressor under my house. The space is 6 feet high near the front of building, and slopes up to 18 inches at back of building. I plan to put a wall fan on the front wall of the crawl space; which will run when the compressor runs.

Any ideas, suggestions or opinions on this project.

Suggestion!! Do not do it. You will recirculate too much air in that location no matter what kind of fan you have. The space is not tall enough to start with. I have seen this tried before and it never works.

The question wasn`t mine,, I was wanting to know >why< someone would want to put their condenser unit under the house,, can`t see how it would get enough air to work right, plus the heat would hurt by warming the floor that is over it
