    Hair Coloring Disaster
I had light to medium brown hair.Last Thursday I wanted to put some blonde highlights in it.The girl who did it for me pulled too much hair out the cap to highlight it.The next day, all of my hair was blonde. The first rinse I put was a light brown rinse and it made my hair gold. The second rinse I put was a darkest brown rinse and it made it black with a little bit of brown but you can barely see the brown. The third one did the same thing so I decided to try the One and Only Coloring Fix to remove the permanent dye I had in my head and it made my hair purple.I tried putting a rinse in it afterwards and it still made it purple. It was a disaster. Can I do anything to fix this?

Do not attempt to fix it yourself, it will only make matters worse. You should go to the salon and have a corrective color process done on your hair.

My natural hair color is medium to dark brown. I have had highlights in my hair and as a result, my hair looks very brassy where the highlights used to be. I bought a light brown color at a beauty supply store so that I could cover up the brassy looking color. The color did not turn out light...
