    Million dollar homes
Why are million dollar homes always sold fully furnished? I have watched three shows today about million dollar upscale realestate and all the current homes for sale come fully furnished. Do the celebreties know that if they sellthier current home with all it's contents, that their next mansion will already have furniture? Also some homes are sold fully staffed, how is that done? What if you don't want the staff or don't want to pay what the previous owner did? How do the workers get paid until the new owner buys and moves in?

One reason for the furnished is that upscale homes are very highly decorated. So the furniture really goes with the home and might not match the next home.

As to being staffed. Most people that have a staff would like a staff familiar wth the home. They are probably moving enough of a distance to not bring old staff with them.
