What would happen if I ran away and then get caught by the cops, would I get in big trouble with them, what if I kept doing it again would child services take me away from my mom??

First if things are bad, just report it to your teacher or some other adult you can trust. Or call children services yourself.

If you run away, you may just be sent home, or you may be sent to Juv detention. If you do it over and over and over, most likely you will go into either boot camp and then sent home, or some many months at detention then sent home. *** unless there is a real problem at home that can not be solved.

Hello.

It sounds like your wanting to be taken away from your Mom. Is that's true then do it the easy way. If its abuse contact the cops and they will take care of it. If its something other then that you can talk to your local child services. They are in the phone book.

Running away isn't going to help so don't do that. Take control of your life by doing the adult thing.

I no what its like I think about running away all the time! This bull isn't worth it! Ok I get in trouble for everything even if I didn't do it! When my brother does something wrong I get yelled at for it! Maybe you should try to runaway and see what happens I'm thinking about it!

Another thing that may happen if you run away,is you could be murdered,never get found,abused,mugged,taken advantage of.

Where would you go,how would you get food,where would you sleep.

It's a scary world when your on your own at 2am in the morning sitting in a door way,waiting to be found.

Start dealing with the problems at home,you don't say what age you are,but sitting down and talking it out can solve a lot of problems.

Why do you want to run away, and what is happening in your home that you are willing to put yourself at risk this way.

More information would be helpful in giving some advice on what to do.

If you are in immediate danger, or are being abused, call the police, or the CPS, or speak immediately with a relative that you trust, or a school counsellor.

If you are having problems that do not revolve around abuse, but you are locking horns with your mother over other issues, that too has solutions.

But, we need to know what is going on.

I'm thinking about running away, me and my sister we have everything all planned out... my father is a physical and mental abuser and we are tired of it... we had children services in it once and he went to court and all he got was a slap on the wrist don't do it again... and he's has over 6 months to take me and my sister back and hasn't until now... today he said if we don't go with him he will call the cops... I don't want to go to jdc... I am 17 years old and my sister is almost 16 I NEED some help please help me... if you have anythng to say email me at [email protected]... thank you
