    Terminating probation
    If you are serving a probation term but have violated twice already and the judge gave me one year community control so I did 8 months and motioned the court to let me off because I had all my conditions finished he let me off c.control and rolled me back over to probation if I finish paying my fines can I terminater early even with violations?

    Hello N:

    You can apply, but there's no way I could tell you if you're going to get it. With two violations, however, I doubt it.

    The judge can do anything he wants, so can he, yes he can, will he, with two violations I doubt it.
