    Question about a will
My wife's cousin died from liver disease in 2003. In his will he left a trust for his mother, stipulating that all financial matters would be taken care of for her by a group of lawyers that he made arrangements with prior to his death. When his mother dies, his will has all the proceeds of the trust going to a couple that he was friendly with for years. Now, his mother has decided that she wants to change her will and have everything that she owns, go to my wife, who is her niece. She also wishes to have her new will stipulate that all of the proceeds of her deceased son, that are now in trust for her, be given to my wife upon her death. In other words, she wishes for all of her estate as well as all of her late sons estate to go to my wife, instead of the couple mentioned above. If this is possible to be legally done, what actions does she need to take to revoke both her present will and the will left behind by her son and to draw up a new will in her name only, directing the proceeds to my wife. Thank you.
