    Laura, you posted the same question 3 times in one minute. Some of us may not be online when you are, so please be patient, your question will get answered in time.

    Vitamin C, B Complex, Vitamin E, Calcium, Vitamin D. Basically all of the vitamins that are essential for daily living will help with healing. Now do you mean scars? Vitamin E oil is great to massage gently into the scar after the healing has begun, with your doctor's permission of course.
