    Bleeding After Intercourse
    A week ago I experienced heavy vaginal bleeding after intercourse that lasted for only a night. This was the first time I ever experienced this and it startled me. I was fine the next day so I just put the sitatuon behind me and did not go to the dotors. Now I am starting to become concerned because my period was due Sunday and today is Monday and it still has not come. I have looked on the internet to answer my questions but don't seem to find the answers I am looking for. If this helps to know, I do get routine check ups with my obgyn and so far never had any type of problems. Please advise me what might be wrong. Thank you!:confused:

    Have you taken a pregnancy test?

    Had this happen to me. It turns out to be a hormonal imbalance having to do with elasticity down there. Had to massage hornmone cream in that area and no more problem. Contact gyn to get this taken care of

    No. I am on birthcontrol and was hoping that was not an alternative :( is that a sign of pregnancy?

    It could be many different things, from a fluke to hormones to pregnancy to irritation. But some women bleed at the beginning of a pregnancy.

    I have been bleeding after intercourse every time since I have been started doing this from 3 months. Sometime it stops next day or contioue the whole day.is it real serious problem and hurdle getting pregnant
