:confused: I am on Birth control I have been for 2 yrs. My period has come the same time every month. But this month my period came 3 days early and its not heavy at all I have been on it for a week just spotting it's a brownish red color. My boobs are still hurting. With my first pregnancy I had my period for 4 months while pregnant I was 4 months along beforeI found out. I need some advice if anybody can help. Thank You.

I would take a HPT to see, or go to your doctors and get a blood test... then you would know. I got pregnant with my daughter while I was on birth control pills... so it does happen.

Sounds like you just got your period a little early and a little lighter; this happens while on birth control. While I was on it, I would have a normal red flow one month and then moderate spotting the next month. I would wait about 14 days and take a HPT, just in case. Good luck.
