    Refund from Insurance Co.
    Recently my Aunt change insurance coverage from one company to the other. She did all this in a proper timely manner. When this months premiums were due, the cancelled insurance company withdrew the monies from her bank account, and the new company as well collected this months premium. She's trying to get a refund from the old company, they are saying "yes" however they are making her wait for a rather large amount of monies till they cut the check end of month, then another 3 weeks to mail it to her.
    What can she do?

    Sorry, but reality is that she just has to sit tight and wait till all ofl their internal paperwork is dealt with. Any 'oiling of the squeaky wheel' by her will only result in a longer waiting time. Let it go rather then mess it up.

    Hello Lady:

    Well, I'd love to tell her to sue 'em, but that's going to take longer than 3 weeks. What else can she do?? Talk bad about them?? Call the president of the insurance company?? Write to the insurance commissioner?? Nahhh, those things don't work.

    Nope, she just has to wait.
