    DVDSanta
DVDSanta is " Unable to Open Video Stream ", When I click on Add Media.I have just had a new Windows XP Pro. Installed, and everything had to be reinstalledand reactivated. This was not easy with santa, as their Support is non existent, every E/Mail is returned undelivered. I finally got some action after E/Mailing Sales. So far I have not received any reply from anybody about the problem. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, also downloaded a K Lite Codec Pack, without any success.
Any advice would be appreciated ( Not rude ).

It does sound like a codec problem but the K-Lite codec pack should have handled this problem. Can I ask what version you downloaded and if it installed without any problems?

Try open up the video file you are trying to write to the DVD in a media player like Windows Media Player or Winamp. See if you get the error in that? If you do, you are still missing the codec you need. If not, sounds like something up with DVD Santa.

Thank's for the reply. I installed the K-Lite Codec Pack 2.52 Full. It installed without any problems.
DVDSanta worked OK in a previous setup, I did a fair few movies. The only difference now is the Graphics Card. Now it has " XFX - nVidia GeForce FX5200,Where previously it had a nVidia GeForce 6800 (128MB), surely that could not be the problem.
I have opened the file (movie), it opens OK in Windows Media Player, I have checked right through the movie, about 20 places and it is all there, as far as I can tell, all 8G's of it.
And yes,DVDSanta Support answered, they told me to reinstall it, so I told them what has been done. Their new E/Mail - [email protected]

DVDSanta works OK as long as you install MPEG-2 Decoder. " MpegDecoder012.msi "
    Thank's for all your help.
