Obtaining information about person via subpoena
    Hi
I am in toronto and I bought an item from craigslist and paid the person via email transfer.
The person dissappers and refuses to email me. I do have his cell phone number which offcourse he never picks up now..

So I have 2 ways to trace him.

    1) the Email transfer website which may give me his account name/bank name/ etc
    2) Rogers wireless to which the cell phone bleongs to for his contact details.

I intend to file a small courts claims against the person.
How do I get the information I need in 1) , 2).. I mean can I subpoena the 2 companies (CertaPay.com and Rogers WIreless) to provide me info?
In order to strengthen my case.
Item 2 is specially important since that can allow me to at least locate his address.

If there is an advisor here who I can pay for ongoing help, that would be great as well.

    Hello atm:

You can't even file a lawsuit without his address, so that's not the solution. If you have money to pay, hire a PI. They'll find him.
