    H1B transfer
    Hi,

    Currently I am in india working with employer in india.They have stamped my H1B visa in 2004 and it is getting expired in Sept 2007.
    I was in USA in 2005 for 11 months and in 2006 for 5 months. After coming back to india in nov 2006, I am here till date.

    1.Can I get my visa transferred to US employer before it is getting expired in Sept 2007 from India?

    2.If my current employer renews it, can I get it transferred with employer in US from India?

    3.or what is your suggestion in this case.

    Hi, well you have an H1B that's still valid so if you can find a new employer in the US yes they can renew it under their name. If your current employer has you working in India it would be up to them to find you a position in the US and have the visa renewed again, that is something you have to talk to them about.

    Yes... but I am in india for almost 9 months, will that affect for new employer to get my visa transferred and then renewed?

    Hi there,
    I have received my H1 B from a company I am working for in Manhattan,NY. It is effective from 10/01/07.
    I would like to know when can I transfer my H1 B into another company? Do I have to wait for 2-3 payrolls after 10/01 in my present company or can I do it immediately on 10/02?
    Please help in my future prospect!
