    I don't see why not; that is your right in marriage. Have you talked with your probation officer about this? It may make things a little more difficult since both of you are on probation but that just depends on what restrictions you were both given.

    Hello may:

    You would think they can. However, if the probation department is going to violate one of you for doing so, then I would try to get the conditions changed. For that, you may need a lawyer.
