    Divorcing and need to break lease
    What will happen if I break my home lease when I get a divorce? Will I be liable for the remaining months of Rent?

    Yes. Divorce is not a valid reason for breaking a lease. See if you can get the landlord to give you a buyout or maybe sublet.
