    Exercise, that tones me up
    How can I do some like 5 minute exersizes that gives me a toned body? I really want to work on arms, because I am in cheer, and it takes a lot of arm strenth to lift flyers in the air. Any ideas?:) :) :)

    I would try push-ups, overhead clap, and lifting weights however 5 minutes is more of a warm up period than a good 30 minute program. You get toned from how many reps you do if you want muscle mass higher weights lower reps.
