    Two outlooks share one account
    Can two computers share one account, using the config about erase from server XX days before ?

    Can two Outlook at same time be connected to the server, using same account ?

    If your using Outlook for POP mail, it shouldn't be a problem to have it running on two computers, because it is not always connected.

    If you are going to have one of them delete old messages, I would only have the computer that is on the LEAST set that way. This way, you can make sure the message is download to both PC's before it is deleted. If they are both on all the time, you should be able to set both of them to delete old messages after a number of days with no problem.
