Section 1.170A-4(a) contribution to none 501(c)(3)
A corporation intends to provide toys to our foundation a 501(c)(3) and would like for us to draft a letter to that effect, however, the toys will not actually be delivered to our physical location, the foundation, but rather sent directly to locations across the country where our services are rendered. Those locations are not all considered 501(c)(3).

How can we allow the individual locations to draft letters to the corporation in order for the corporation to fulfill their requirements for the donation. We want to avoid putting these many items on our books at the foundation level since we are not physically receiving the goods and will not be able to account for them.
