    Land Deed
    I need to know how do I go about adding my name to my husband's deed without going to a lawyer. I was told by the circuit court that I needed complete documentation notarized but she could not tell me the required wording. I reside in Powhatan, VA.

    Go to the Real Estate Law Forum (the forum you just posted this in) and there should be a sticky post about how to add a name to a deed.
