    German passport eligibility
    Hi,
I am an Australian citizen and am looking to also gain a German passport.
My grandparents were both born and grew up in Germany, however their son (my father) was born once they'd moved to Australia. He was also born before they were naturalised as Australian citizens. Does this mean I am eligible for a German passport? Does anybody have any information or know where I could find information?
Also, does anybody have any information on dual Australian-German passports?
    Thank-you!

As a start I will suggest you speak to the German Embassy in Australia.
