    Razor bumps?
    HOw can I shave "down there" and not get razor bumps anyone have any tips ?:p

    I gave up and sucked up the embarrassment and started getting waxed. However when I do have to shave I find that using a gentle exfoliatant first then using something like Dove's Cream Oil body wash with a brand new fresh out of the pack razor. Tends to work pretty well.

    OK thanks. I had also heard you could put deoderant on it after you were done but it didn't seem to help THANKS AGAIN good to know use ladies are not scared to talk about this

    I don't know about deodorant... but I actually use something like Neutrogena body clear body scrub one or twice a week to keep ingrown hairs from forming.

    No kidding, its like all the stuff that no one ever told you and you just stumbled into figuring out as an adult :)

    The first time you shave, your body isn't going to be used to it. It will probably get irritated and itch, and some bumps will appear. Don't worry, this happened to me too.

    Just make sure you use a good shaving cream (dont use soap, it dries out your skin). Before you start using a razor, make sure you trim it down first, or it is going to be more difficult to shave with the razor. Use a brand new razor, not a dull one, and don't shave against the hair. Shave with it. After you are done, put a good fragrance free moisturizer on it. Anything with any kind of fragrance or perfume will burn.

    The more you do it, the more your body will get used to it. So if you do it regularly, it will gradually stop itching after you shave. :)

    If you put diaper rash cream on the area that you shaved, you shouldn't get any bumps. I've done this many times, and it always works for me. Just make sure that it's the white type of cream, not the clear.

    Ok, it stings like hell but put some roll on deodorant. It stings but I found it stops razorburn and bumps.

    Put in when you get out the bath or shower ( straight away )
