Skin tag changing colors
Hello... I have a skin tag in my belly button and I noticed that it had a green spot on it that last night turned blue. I know for moles this is usually a sign of cancer however can skin tags become cancerous? I already made a doctors appointment but it isn't till later in the week. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Mailto tag

I want to set up a mailto link with MANY names afterwards. However, when I set up the link, it only works if I have about 90 names. Anything more than that and the link appears on the page but is not active. Why is there this upper limit, what exactly is it and is there any way around it? Thanks
