    Sewer & water lines next to each other
    How far apart must your incoming water line and your sewer lines be placed apart. I live in Texas

    I live in Florida. The Standard Plumbing Code allows you to run sewer and water in the same trench providing you keep the water service 12 inches above the sewer line on a shelf on one side of the trench.

We have lived in our home for 4 years and the owner had just put in a new well. When we have turned on the water latley there seems to be air in the lines. It spits and sputters the entire time you are using it. Like running bath water or brushing our teeth. What could be the problem?:(
