    How Do I Keep My Mind Off Food
    :confused:
    What are something's that I can do to make me stop craving food?
    I'm not even hungry now but just thnking of food makes me hungry.
    When I'm busy I don't get hungry but its hard with my job cause I'm a receptionist and there is nothing to do!!
    PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MIND OFF FOOD

    Find a hobby... something you realllly like doing:)

    Drink lots of water, that will help keep you full. I would also suggest not to chew gum because it actually stimulates the digestive system and makes you feel hungrey.
