    Emotional chest pain
    This mite be a coincidence, or just nothing, but a few minutes ago I was reminded of someone who I adore who I have trouble keeping my mind off and who has caused me a lot of heartbreak, and my chest started to actually physically hurt and feel heavy! Its lasted a few minutes lol, its strange
    Anyone ever heard of physical pain and emotional pain being connected?

    Yes-I've had that before and was diagnosed with high anxiety.
