OK I have a situation here... about a month ago I told a friend that I have liked her for the longest time... and at this time she is in a relationship with someone else. A few days after telling her this at a party she comes on to me and starts kissin my neck and such. I just found out a couple of weeks ago that she has broken up with her old boyfriend and one of my friends all of a sudden likes her now that she's single and all. A couple days ago at a party this friend of mine came onto her and kissed her and than she came out of the room and wanted to talk to me.. she kept saying I don't know what to do I don't want to hurt you or this other guy and she keeps telling me this and how she doesn't like what brad is doing to her and like that but yet I find out that she kissed him when she was sober to and gives me the whole I don't know what to do thing again.. I told her as long as she is happy she won't hurt me if she decides to be with this other guy.. but really deep down I know I will hate it because I just can't stop thinking about her and I know this other guy just wants her for a good time.. I really don't know what to think she is playing the two of us in a way.. what should I do or say to her its killing me?

My friend, it sounds like she's playing with you, him and likely many other guys. Do you think you deserve better? Then go for better. It sounds like she's in a "phase", and you are just another toy to play with. I could be wrong, so prove me wrong.

She is probably confused because she just came out of a relationship. Two weeks is not much time for letting go and healing from a loss. For many people they go through a stage where they try to get over someone or in a sense try to get back at that person by "playing the field". She may not even know she's doing it or just doesn't care at this point. If you really care about her then be patient. Try just being her friend for now, that may save you some heart ache as well. I know you might fear if you don't get her now someone else will, but if it's not meant to be, it will happen anyway. It's better not to start on the wrong foot and mess everything up before you ever get started.

Thanks guys I really appreciate your advise that's exactly what I've been doing... I just really hope she will make the smart decision because she knows how much I admire her and you guys have it right on that's exactly what she is doing because I found out yesterday from a friend who has talked to her and she said that she said she is just playing brad so.. I mean that is wrong but maybe things will work out between us in the end I hope
