A pizza company usually sells its pizzas as whole pies for $10 each. A potential customer wants to purchase 10,000 pizza slices—the equivalent of 1,000 whole pizza pies—and wants each slice packaged individually instead of as a pie. Should the cost of each slice be $1 - $10/10 slices? Why or why not?

I will think that the cost should be $1.00 per slice. My thinking is that since this is a large order it should have some kind of incentive for the client, but since the order requires individual packaging that will most likely increase my cost the discount for the customer and my extra cost will be a wash.

What do you think? This is probably just one way of looking at it.
