    Bad stomach cramps. Tightening
    Alrighty for the last two days my stomach has been cramping bad. I mean really really bad. Its near my belly button and goes straight across and below. It feels like its tightening and like its pulling. **TMI** I haven't been having to run to the bathroom or anything but when I do go its horrible my stomach tightens and I'm in there it seems like forever but its really like 6 or 7 minutes. I don't know if I ate something or what but any ideas on what to take that may help it or something? I never really have had anything like this other than cramps during my period and I already had that so eh. Ideas? Anyone?

    It could be gas or some sort of basic stomach discomfort. As you said not to be TMI - but are you maybe constipated? If its gas or constipation they make plenty of over the counter medicines to relieve those kinds of discomforts.

    No I'm not pregnant. Haven't done anything to be pregnant and have had my periods and all so I highly doubt that's it. Thank you for those who replied
