    Cant renew IP address
    My computer says it cannot renew the ip address... im at a loss and the manufacturer is offering no help despite my warranty... go figure haha

    Please help

    I tried the release renew thing
    I'm really an idiot when it comes to this stuff, I'm sorry if its agravating... it just keeps showing 00.000 etc... I know my wireless router and the connection are fine cause I'm using the laptop...

    Its saying not all base entries could be found in the winsock catalog a reset is needed

    I am having the same problem. I can use my wireless but not my desktop. The IP address is 00.000.00. If I uninstall the network card how do I reinstall?

    Not knowing about your setup exactly, I would recommend that you contact your internet service provider. They should be able to walk you through it.

    Good luck, I know how frustrating it can be to have no internet...
