This is a hydronic (water-filled) heating system?

This is the plumbing forum, where mostly it's about potable water supply and drainage...

I'll take a stab anyhow... When you bled the radiators, did you get water out of all of them?

If so, and you still have no circulation, my guess is that the "air lock" you refer to is at your circulation pump.. which is probably attached to or very close to your boiler and it's tank. There can be many different kinds of air-bleed systems on boiler tanks, even automatic ones. Get all of the air out of the tank (unless it's designed as an expansion tank? If so, follow manufacturer instructions) and be sure the pump is flooded with water (ie, the parts that should have water are full of water).

Good luck, and you may get a better answer on the HVAC forum!
