    Whirlpool Washer
First post! So I bought a used whirlpool set today for $180. They look pretty old but we got a 2 month warranty on them. I figured if I had any problems, it would happen soon. So I go to wash a small load to test, and everything worked fine until it came time to switch from the wash cycle to rinse. So I turned it off, reset it at the start point, turned it off again, then reset it at rinse and it started working. I thought that maybe it took a while to switch so on the next load I waited. And waited. And waited. After 20 minutes, I did the whole reset thing, and again, it started working again. I don't know much about wahers, but I'm assuming it's the switch that's acting up. But then again, it switches from rinse to spin on its own. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Yes, the timer could be bad. I would get it checked while it is under warranty. Good Luck
