    What more can I do?
I am so sick of morning sickness!! I am 15 weeks pregnant and I was so hoping the morning sickness would disappear in second trimester. But it hasn't, it's gotten worse. During the first trimester it was just nausea, very rarely did I throw up. Now every morning if I move the wrong way, smell the wrong thing, think about any type of food, then I have to make a run for it. It's so annoying! I have tried everything, the ginger, hard candy, sipping gingerale, eating dry cereal in the morning, I tried crackers once and they didn't agree with me so I can never eat crackers again, toast, everything! I want to eat! I want my appetite back! Any other suggestions??

Try going to a health food store and pick up crystalized ginger (candied ginger) chew small pieces at a time. Also I know you can get cola syrup, that might help.

The pharmacy. I don't know if you need a prescription. They may be behind the counter so ask your local pharmasist. It is very sweet, but can help to settle your stomach.

Just plain old Sprite worked wonders for me in settling my stomach. I was the same way, every little thing triggered me to get sick. It nausea will eventually taper off the more you get into your pregnancy. :)

My symptoms were much like yours. The worst thing was I had to do the food shopping, and I would get sick at just the thought of the meat counter. I could not go near it for my entire pregnancy.

Also try lemons or lemon drops. The pregnant pop drop candies worked for me. Try not to let yourself get hungry. Eat small amounts very often. Citrus fruit is supposed to help. Hopefully it will go away soon, but some women are sick their entire pregnancy. Good luck.

Thank you ladies. I'll look more into the cola syrup and the lemon drops. Also I'm drinking some sprite now... stomach is getting better.

    Good luck!

Oh, PS: Stay AWAY from spicy foods until you are more into your pregnancy. They will make you sick.

I was still getting sick at 15 weeks. Mine was like a rollercoaster ride. It would be fine for a few days and then I would be sick (over the toilet) for three or four days. I see you have plenty of good advice so, ill just say I hope you feel better.
