I Have An Inexpensive Piece Of Property I Am Selling For Cash, Is There Such A Thing As A Cash Warranty Deed? And I Am Keeping The Mineral Rights On This Property In My Name So Can I Do This Myself? And Just What Do I Need To Do?

Why do you want to even sell on a warranty deed, has the buyer asked for it.

And it would just be a warranty deed, they always pay in cash, they may get a loan to pay you the cash, but the sell is always a cash sell basically.

So you can sell a quitclaim deed, a special warranty deed, a limited warranty deed and a few other types of deeds.
Since you want to keep the mineral rights, you will first need to be sure this is listed on your listing, and listed on the contract ( offer and acceptance letters)

But you need to get an attorney to write this up, as to protect your rights to the minerals.
