    Heigths for Vanity outlets
At what height above my bathroom vanity should I put in a GFI outlet? I'm remodeling my bathroom and I'm planning on installing a outlet on the wall above the vanity. I'm looking for a recommended hight to place the outlet.
    Thanks

Providing there is not some element that would match heights or conflict with the outlet, such as half tile, trim etc, center @ 45 " above finished floor is typical. This puts the center of the device 15 inches above the counter , assuming a 30" high counter.
