The page can not be displayed even when connected
:) I using a Toshiba Satellite A110 and can not solve this problem using earlier corrective methods listed below:
    1) Right clicking icons (for Lan or Wifi) and selecting "repair"
    2) Clicking Start, run, type cmd, then ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /renew
    3) When using Internet Explorer, using instructions suggested by browser
    4) When using Firefox, using Tools and Options instructions.
I have also used the Laptop's network utilities to check problems on connection. I was able to correct the problems indicated on its connection but could not have the Page be displayed.
I even tried copying settings on my other working laptop and transferring the wired internet connection to my Toshiba laptop but to no favorable results.
    Any other suggestions?

Do you have proper settings from your service provider?
