    Less than one month home-want to breal lease?
    Please help!! I've been in my new house for only three weeks and it really sucks here!! frist the drains don't work! which I told them about weekly just yesterday a plumer came out today the manger calls to say he's to pricey... well then can I shower at your housr or how about my dish can I come over to wash them... thanks.. next the shower must leak into the coset because the floor is wet,maybe too much standing water?oh yeah some one will be by to take a look.o.k... last the worst of it is there is bugs that dwells in this hell I call my place.. small red biting sucking my blood yuck!! well geuss what!! someone will be by to take a look... well they might just see me leaveing while I still have blood for myself... help I need to know if I can break this lease less than a month old without lossing my money or cleaness or skin rashess for unknown bugs?

    You may be able to make a case for yourself by calling the health department and complaining that the home is uninhabitable. That may be your only way to get out but you'd have to then give the LL a reasonable chance, again, to fix it before you could leave.
