Me and my friend got caught steeling $10 worth of merchandise from Walmart 6 months ago. They called cops and he issued us just a warning after taking all information because we both had no bad records. We were also told that we are not allow to enter any Walmart in Canada for 6 months.

I asked the cop if this (steeling) information will be given to my employer? He reaplied with no and said that they (police) will keep it in their records and if I commit another crime they will charge me and I'll have to court.

Then I recently applied for my Canadian citizenship last month and got letter to provide my fingerprints to RCMP. One of the reason given in the letter was that I have a common name.

I was in an impression that I do not have any criminial record.

My questions are

1. Will it effect my application of citizenship in canada?
2. Will it give me trouble if I want to go to USA in future?
3. If I apply for a new JOB, will my employer get negative response from RCMP ?

When I went to do my finger prints. I saw a flye for w w w . Pardons . O r g . According to them they can remove any one's criminal record from their file or issue a pardon certificate.

Is there any way that I can confirm if I do have "Criminal" record which can affect my employement and entry to other countries such as US

There is a term called 'expunged'. I'm unsure if it is for those under eighteen, or for anyone. It's a process where you go before a juge, and have your record cleaned. If you get a lawyer, ask if it's possible to be expunged after you settle the whole issue.
