    Name Change
    My parents are getting divorced, my mom still has my dad's last name and I want to change my last name to my moms maiden name! Can I do that?

    Yes you can... when my husband and I got married, he wanted to take my last name instead of me taking his. We went to the court house and filed papers for a name change. If you are a minor you will need your mothers signature. We had to pay 35.00 and within 10 days it was changed
