New Lexmark 2480 printer - test page allignment
When I try to print it tells me to print a test page to check the alignment.
The printer prints the test page and it seems to be correct.
It then says to scan the text page, which seems to work fine.

However, a message comes up saying that there is a problem with the test page allignment.

I've checked the ink cartridge - it's not got any tape left on it, it's a new cartridge, it's definitely been put in correctly... The document prints without a problem.

The scanner works - I've successfully scanned a few documents without any problems.

I definitely placed the test page correctly on the scanner and the scanner is clean.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong, until the message pops up saying that the allignment has failed.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
